Thanks to the tannins in tea, the caffeine released is slow and steady making this tea great as an all day energy booster. Also brews, as a lovely light refreshing iced tea.
To make it hot - add one teaspoon of loose leaf into an infuser and allow to steep for 3-5 mins using 80ºc water. Remove infuser and enjoy!
