Legend has it this Moroccan spice blend was created by North African spice dealers who would mix together the best of what they had on offer, thus creating a heady, aromatic signature blend—sometimes 50 individual spices deep.
Beautiful, deep and full of North African flavours. Gives a amazing golden colour to a dish.
How to use:
As a classic Moroccan spice mix that is often used in spice rubs, marinades, soups, and other recipes. Mix with olive oil and generasly drizzle on cauliflowerto roast, add to yoghurt as a dip, fantastic with split peas, lentils and chickpeas, all pulses really. We love to use Ras El Hanout to roast carrots with.
