Bee House

This striking design is handcrafted using FSC Certified timber in my Ribble Valley workshop.

Your garden will soon become a hive of activity when the bees spot this eye-catching yellow and black solitary bee house. Its solid wood construction makes it perfectly for attracting non-aggressive solitary bees, including both Leafcutter and Mason Bees.

To keep the rain out of the bee tubes, the design features bevelled edges which creates a shelter from the elements. As well as providing the bees with a nice safe place to lay their eggs, the bee houses also making for an eye-catching gift for gardeners too.

Ideally it should be positioned in a relatively sheltered spot that catches the morning sun, to help create the best environment for the bees.
