Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of the product once the order has been shipped a refund is no longer possible.

Wine Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers issued alongside Taste Finder kits for 2, 4 or 6 bottles of wine are subject to the following terms & conditions:

- Physical gift vouchers are issued and sent alongside the Taste Finder kit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to keep these vouchers safe. No refunds will be issued for lost or damaged gift vouchers.

- Gift vouchers are only valid for redemption against the following product: Personalised wines for gift voucher recipients. See full URL for details. The vouchers are not redeemable against any other products.

- The code must be correctly entered at checkout. Its use is not valid alongside any other codes, discounts or offers.

- The full voucher balance will be used so please ensure your order total is greater than the value of the voucher. If the order total is under the voucher amount, any remaining balance will be lost.

- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

- The voucher is non exchangeable, non transferable and non refundable.

- It is the responsibility of the voucher recipient to ensure they use an email to order that matches the email they used to upload their taste profile results.

Governing Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Limitation of liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 GBP if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
