I’m Donna, founder of WILDWOMAN; the UK's first non-fiction, self-care subscription box, and creator of carefully curated self-care packages.
As someone who has suffered my own mental health challenges including anxiety disorder and grief, I found non-fiction books to be the cure for me. I found it difficult to talk about my feelings, but sometimes it was like the words on the pages were talking to me and understood me more than I understood myself. The words became my guide. The time I gave myself to read became my healing.
It was then that my vision for WILDWOMAN began...
Since our launch in August 2018, we have shipped hundreds of boxes across the globe through our monthly subscription service and have been featured by the likes of Forbes, Evening Standard, and Stylist.
WILDWOMAN is for anyone craves that connection with others, but most importantly with themselves. It is my hope that these care packages remind you to take time for you - because we all absolutely deserve it.
