The PASSION project so far...

The Covers project was born within my workshop 'Wildacre Studios' in 2022 as a way to try to slowly immerse myself back into music, something that I found really difficult after the passing of my lovely husband back in 2015 and indeed something I had missed deeply.

I started making marks to the duration of songs initially and was quite surprised to find myself seeing colours in the music, the mood, the emotion and the lyrics flowed and before I realised I could get through a whole tune without crying. This soon turned into a series of unique art prints, cards & tees.

Music is one of the most influential and relatable things that brings whole communities together, crosses boundaries and unites people in ways that inspire generations.

I'm taking all of your lovely song requests as well as responding to sounds and noises around me in painterly forms.
