Wendy Carlton is an established artist who has been selling her paintings to galleries and private collectors for over 30 years.
She started her artistic career as a textile designer in a London studio and her love of bold colour has always been apparent in her work
Wendy paints full time in her studio on the edge of the Derbyshire countryside
She takes her inspiration from nature , countryside, woodlands and beautiful walks in the Peak District with her beloved dogs Dotty and Flo..
The paintings Wendy creates for galleries and private collectors are on a fairly large scale, Typically 1m square and are bursting with colour and life, creating a focal point to any room.
Her paintings lend themselves perfectly for various other products and her Homeware collection is growing rapidly.Custom printed cushions was the first product , quickly followed by Lampshades, Placemats, Coasters, Tea towels and Framed Prints.
