HOW TO SEND OVER YOUR IMAGES:
To ensure your order is not delayed we need to receive your images by 1pm the following day for standard deliveries or by 1pm the same day if selecting a tracked/next day service.
1. After you have placed your order with us, please go to 'my orders'. From there you will be able to submit an 'order enquiry' and attach your images.
2. Type a message within the message box (this avoids error messages)
3. Browse and attach your image.
4. Submit your message
5. Repeat stages 1 & 2 for any additional images as you are only able to attach one image per message
We can also accept images via dropbox and email if you are unable to upload your images, we will contact you shortly after placing your order with details on how to do so.
Please note that the image(s) that you send must be of your own, or that you have permission to use. Low resolution images will distort when enlarged and may appear blurry on your finished item, please ensure the image(s) you send are as high a resolution as possible. Images may be cropped/altered to ensure the best fit.
