Here at Two Chimps Coffee, we ethically source and roast the finest specialty beans. Wondering what's so great about specialty? Well, it's the highest grade of Arabica coffee. Specialty coffee has to earn its title and undergo rigorous testing by coffee Q graders to make the grade, which is a score of 80 or above out of 100. Well we don't do anything below 80! Never have, never will. We hand-roast our lovely specialty beans in small batches multiple times each week to bring out every speck of flavour. We also grind every bag of coffee to order, so you know you're receiving the freshest coffee when Two Chimps lands through the door!
