Here at Two Chimps Coffee, we source the best speciality coffee from small farms and cooperatives all around the world. We then lovingly roast by hand in our little Rutland roastery. Small batch roasting multiple times each week makes sure every single Two Chimps bag contains the tastiest, freshest coffee. Nothing less would do! Every batch of speciality coffee has it's own unique flavour profile, which our hand roasting process puts centre stage.
