Womens: 6-8, 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16 and 16-18.

Mens: S, M, L and XL.

Machine wash at 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Do not wash in the first 48 hours of receiving your item. Iron on reverse of the image. Do not use bleach or stain-removing products.
