Smoky BBQ Rub

The clue is in the name, but here’s some ideas a little outside the traditional BBQ way of thinking!

• Chicken Kiev: mix with the crumbs before coating, and add a little extra to your garlic butter filling.
• Zucchini Frites: blend in with your batter before dipping and frying for a taste sensation!
• Cheese Toast: sprinkle over cheese before grilling for a beautifully smoky flavour!
• Roasted Onions: blend with cold-pressed oil, add onions, baste & roast until soft & caramelised.
• Egg & Bacon Roll: a little sprinkle in your breakfast bap can brighten up your whole day!
