This beautifully scented seasoning isn’t just for chicken! Grilled Aubergine: coat slices of aubergine before grilling or air frying for a crunchy, healthy snack. Braised Asparagus: a sprinkle with some butter in the pan, finish off with fresh lime juice & thyme. Chicken Pieces: lightly coated and pan fried, a swirl of creme fraiche & an extra dusting on top. Potato Chips: thin slices of air fried or deep fried potatoes, dusted while they’re still warm. Yum! Humus: blend chickpeas, lemon, garlic, olive oil, and a spoonful of this delicious flavour to taste.
