Forage wild herbs, seaweeds and sea vegetables. Enjoy a gourmet feast in a stylish beach hut by a professional forager and wild food chef.

The experience lasts 4-5 hours. Half the course is spent foraging and the rest of the experience is spent enjoying a vegan gourmet feast. There will be freshly foraged wild food to take home, beautiful scenery, a gourmet feast and great company during the experience which is approximately five hours. This experience is a must for vegans and highly recommended for nature lovers, cooks and adventurers with a taste for the unusual.

Lucia Stuart is a professional forager who founded The Wild Kitchen in 2012. She is a member of The Association of Foragers and has featured on BBC TV and Food Network. Her love of local, seasonal food and wild plants was honed in the South of France where she regularly foraged for wild herbs and edible flowers for her restaurant.

You will in a group of 8-18 people. The foraged feast is strictly vegan however non vegans are welcomed.

The dates for 2020 are Sunday, June 28th 2020 and Saturday, September 5th 2020.
