The spices have a best before date of 18 months, so although the fresher the better, they will last well stored in the accompanying storage pots in a cool, dry place.

Biber Blend - Ingredients: mild chilli flakes (mild chilli flakes, sunflower oil, salt), sweet paprika, sweet smoked paprika, hot smoked paprika
Kammun Blend - Ingredients: toasted cumin, toasted coriander, caraway, fenugreek, fennel
Qarfa Blend - Ingredients: cinnamon, green cardamon allspice, nutmeg, cassia, rose petals, long pepper, cloves
Sumak Blend - Ingredients: sumac (sumac berries, salt), black pepper, allspice, thyme, bay
