We only use wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life and have already been replaced with younger, more productive trees.

40cm x 17cm x 2cm - as above again... and looks great as a serving and presentation board on the dining table.
50cm x 18cm x 2cm - Our largest beast for those wild charcuterie and cheese parties! Gift box not available for this size.

Made from
each board has been carved from one piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is unique with stunning grain patterns and colour.
hand wash with hot, light soapy water. Treat often with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil. A care guide is included in with your purchase.
