Contains 5 award winning products; Hargrove Coppa ham, Wild Venison Chorizo, Sloe & Garlic Venison Salami, Dorset Bresaola, Pink Peppercorn & Purbeck Cider Salami.

The Real Cure use traditional, artisan methods of curing, smoking, fermenting and air drying to create a unique, award-winning range of cured meats. All packaging is fully recyclable.

The products in this hamper do not need to be refrigerated until opened. Please store in a cool, dry place.

Artisan British wild venison and free range British breed pork charcuterie presented in a letter box hamper. This selection of cured meats is entirely gluten free and is an ambient product. Perfect for the foodie in your life, the award winning selection contains:

- Hartgrove Coppa - 55g

- Dorset Aberdeen Angus Bresaola - 55g

- Pink Peppercorn & Purbeck Cider Salami - 90g

- Wild Venison Chorizo - 110g

- Wild Venison Salami - Smoked Sloe and Garlic - 110g

Ingredients:

Hartgrove Coppa is made from free range British pork shoulder, salt, sugar, garlic powder, bay leaves, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate - Gluten free.

Dorset Bresaola is made from beef silverside, salt, sugar, garlic powder, bay leaves, black pepper, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate - Gluten free

Pink Peppercorn and Purbeck Cider salami is made from free range British pork, pink peppercorns, garlic, Purbeck cider, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate - Gluten free

Wild Vension Chorizo is made from wild Venison, pork fat, salt, white wine, smoked paprika, oregano, chilli, muscovado sugar, dextrose, garlic, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate - Gluten free

Sloe & Garlic venison salami is made from wild venison, pork fat, salt, red wine, sloe syrup (sugar, sloe and water) black pepper, garlic, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate - Gluten free.
