Muscle Rub helps re-energise tired and aching muscles with this soothing 100% natural blend of essential oils including Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Camphor. Massage directly onto painful areas to help relieve tired and aching muscles with this natural warming and deeply penetrating oil. Also can be used in the bath for a strong warming bath time soak.

Variations
Pre-Exercise Oil 100ml is a fabulous synergy of natural essential oils which helps to warm up and relax muscles, therefore helping to prevent injuries and strains before or during your chosen exercise or activity. Simply massage oil into relevant body areas before the start of your exercise.
Post-Exercise Oil 100ml a collection of essential oils helping to soothe and calm muscles after exertion. Its clever formula helps to cool down muscles, conditions and prevents stiffness. This oil is to be used after exercise by either adding around 10 ml to your bath or after showering by gently massaging into areas of tension or stress.
