My name is Shauna Gallagher, I'm a fully qualified Beauty Therapist, and I founded The Natural Beauty Pot in my quest to find suitable products for my extremely sensitive skin. I have always had a love of nature and recognise the powerful resource it can be, AND I have a weakness for beautifully packaged things!
I create natural products in my studio in The Buttermarket courtyard in County Fermanagh. I strongly believe in going back to basics, creating simple formulas with high quality ingredients, producing gentle but effective products which are suitable for everyone.
The natural and organic ingredients are sourced from around the world. Products are in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. The current product range is anhydrous (free from water) and as the purpose of a preservative is to prevent microorganisms which grow in the presence of water it means we can opt out of having to use a preservative.
When creating beautiful products it is important to have them beautifully packaged so I have carefully selected frosted glass jars and wooden lids as they best fit my ethical values.
All of our products have been tested and comply with the current EU Cosmetics Regulations.
Sensitive skin was the reason why The Natural Beauty Pot began and on my journey I have met many people with the same problems not able to use main stream products. Our product range has grown and changed over the years we also now create natural wax candles and wax melts which offer a cleaner safer burn.
