Sharing the joys of sourdough baking.
Hi friend, we are Jenny & Jack from The Melrose Kitchen.
We are a mother and son team, based in 'sunny' Brighton by the sea.
With a mutual passion for all things food and drink, The Melrose Kitchen was born with the goal of sharing the joys of sourdough baking, a mindful (and delicious!) hobby we had both grown to truly love.
In the lockdown of 2020, we launched our range of sourdough kits, gifts and accessories with the aim of making your first steps into sourdough baking an enjoyable and successful one.
We have a focus on sustainability, using eco-friendly plastic-free recyclable products and packaging. A percentage from every sale is donated to our charity of the month.
