Hello and welcome to The Little Sign Company – handmade and bespoke signs for children and families.
I’m Hannah, the creative force behind The Little Sign Company. I create signs with names or words for children’s bedrooms and the home, which are often bought as new baby gifts, children’s birthday gifts, and christening presents. My designs are inspired by my love of colourful fabrics, typography and surface pattern designs. I love being able to add some vintage charm and heirloom-quality gifts to your home!
Every piece is handmade to order, and I take time, care and attention to make each piece perfectly. It’s not always a quick process, but my customers often feedback on my high quality craftsmanship and customer service, which I take great pride in.

The Little Sign Company was founded in 2011, I took over in 2021 and realised a dream of owning my own business. The Little Sign Company allows me to be creative and experiment with my love of colours, patterns and textures. I wanted to find the perfect ‘job’ to fit in with my family and artistic flair. I’m delighted to use my creativity to design high quality, handmade signs for you, while also being able to stay at home with my two children. All of this takes place in my studio located in the beautiful Tees Valley. A real dream come true!
