Highland Cow Lampshade

Made entirely by hand using quality materials manufactured in Great Britain, this high quality drum lampshade features a original pastel painting by Grace Scott which is then printed onto a a linen look fabric with a neutral background using state of the art printing technology, capturing every detail. Combining soft neutral colours, this lampshade is sure to add some relaxing mood lighting to any room.

This lampshade recreates my love of wildlife.This is a quite a common scene in rural Northern Ireland.The aim in my drawings is the capture the reality and the characteristics of the animal. I work from photo reference but I feel you always need to experience seeing the animal in real life in order to create the best painting possible.

This lampshade has a rolled edge and comes with an adaptor ring to make it suitable for standard UK and European fittings.

The fabric is backed with flame retardant PVC which is UV stable and flame retardant, engineered for lampshade making and has passed the Glow Wire Test carried out by the Lighting Association.
