Downward facing dog on a Paddleboard? Yes really! This is a traditional yoga class, taught on the water.
Well the first good thing is that your Paddleboard is larger than a yoga mat, and the second good thing is you don’t need experience of boards or yoga to take part, although you should be comfortable in and around water, and know how to swim (although the chances of falling in, are funnily enough, quite low). This class gives you core stability and yoga flow, using the rocking of the water, in a fabulous open-air environment.
LOCATION: Classes are run at the beautiful Brentford Lock.
TIME: SUP Paddleboarding Yoga runs throughout Spring and Summer.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wetsuits can be provided if you're worried but otherwise gym kit is perfect.
DURATION: 60 minutes
