WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
With a paddleboard as long, wide and stable as a yoga mat, you’ll be surprised at how much of your regular practice transitions to our open air studio. Even complete newbies (to yoga and paddleboarding!) are welcome as long as you are comfortable in and around the water and know how to swim – though chances of falling in remain remarkably low.

Imagine floating in central London’s gorgeous St Katharine Docks, next to Tower Bridge where you can occasionally catch a glimpse of The Shard, the gherkin and many other markers of London’s iconic skyline. Even so, the gentle rocking of the board, lapping of the water and natural sounds around you create a sense of calm and relaxation. Just don’t get so relaxed that you forget to keep your balance.
LOCATION: Classes are run at the beautiful St Katharine Docks near Tower Bridge, a hidden gem that will make you feel like you’ve gone abroad for the day.
TIME: Run most Saturdays/Sundays and occasional weekday evenings around tide times (April to October)
WHAT TO WEAR: Yoga/sportswear is recommended. Showers and changing facilities available on site.
DURATION: 75 minutes
