When Biscuiteers started to ice biscuits a new word entered the lexicon. Those in the know don’t say ‘pass the biscuits’, rather ‘make mine a Biscuiteer’. These delectable, beauteous, iced shapes have been molded and painted to make the world a cheerier and more biscuit-y place.
Biscuiteers live in a world of pink, turquoise and candy stripe, but with an edge. The designs are quirky. Humour is everywhere. The best way to live the life is to visit, and what better way than to have a rather indulgent afternoon tea. A Enid Blyton kind of tea, served on Cornishware, with a view through to the icing studio.
Expect delicate finger sandwiches, scrummy patisserie, and freshly baked scones, alongside the signature biscuits.
Biscuteers now have a bespoke blend of Tregothnan tea, homegrown on British soil, but if you feel the urge for a glass of Biscuiteers Prosecco that’s available too. We might suggest you don’t dunk, but the fact is you are more likely to sneak one in your bag to look at later. There is a reason they have them framed on the walls.
