Bridal Circular Headpiece

The base has been hand blocked with buckram and milliney wire, then covered in a layer of Muslin and felt to give it a soft finish. It has then been covered in a bronze/coffee coloured silk dupion and carefully decorated with pieces of pale coloured vintage embroidery and lace and several pieces of vintage jewellery. Finally it has been finished with a scattering of beads and swarovski crystals.

The hat is attached with a piece of thin white elastic, which is not visable on even the darkest of hair and keeps it in place well. Alternatively, I can insert a hair comb or clip for you instead, but from my experience the elastic feels more secure is easily hidden and is much easier to position into place.

***Please note that because this item is made to order and I use genuine pieces of vintage jewellery, the headdress in the photo may differ slightly from the piece that I will make especially for you. Also, sometimes there may be the odd stone missing, I feel this add to the vintage and individual feel of the piece, I hope you agree. ***
