The Happi Empire’s purpose is to translate spiritual wisdom into practical daily habits, helping you to undo negativity in your mind and remember who you are.

My name is Frances Verbeek, I am an illustrator, author & designer, based in Cornwall, UK.

The Happi Empire came about a couple of years after school, I felt disillusioned and decided to attend a metaphysics retreat. My brother had just come back from it a changed man, which impressed me so much that I decided to go and do it too.

The things I learned on that retreat gave me a complete perspective shift and an urge to share what I learned.

I realised the importance of creating my life and business as a way to immerse myself in these philosophies, so I wouldn’t forget.

So today, under 'The Happi Empire' umbrella, I make guided self help playbooks, journals, books, action pads, intention setting tools & affirmation card decks to help with mindfulness, spiritual development & self care.
