This gorgeous tree arrives inside a handsome wooden crate, engraved with the names of the recipient, their new postcode and your own message. Please note our crate is shown in the second and last photo and the wooden plaque is attached to the lid.

Delivery info
Delivery is made by DPD between 8:30am-7pm on the day of your choice. We go by the date you request within your order. We recommend that a local mobile number is provided within the order account so that delivery notifications can be sent. DPD can sometimes delivery early, for Monday deliveries and bank holidays. This is out of our control.
If there is no one to sign for the parcel, the driver may attempt to either leave it safe or with a neighbour. Please bear in mind this is at the driver's discretion and it is not always possible to leave an attempted delivery card. We do our best to inform customers as soon as possible about unsuccessful deliveries.
Please note that delivery to Scottish Highlands and UK Islands normally takes 2 working days however this is not guaranteed as it could be subject to delays.

Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
