Four - Six People: We've handpicked three sumptous British cheeses for this box. We have the oozy Baron Bigod, full-flavoured Lincolnshire Poacher, a step up from your traditional cheddar, and piquant Cotswold Blue.

Six - Eight People: This box includes 4 delicious cheeses that will impress any crowd. A raw-milk Baron Bigod, rich Lincoln Poacher, and creamy Cotswold Blue. The fourth is a French cheese, Tomme de Montagne.

Eight - Twelve People: Inside this box are 5 wonderful cheeses that will keep people talking. There's a silky Baron Bigod, Mature Lincolnshire Poacher, aromatic cotswold blue, holey Tomme de Montagne and nutty Sparkenhoe Red Leicester.

All boxes contain crackers, as well as the Deli Society's own Fig Jam for the full flavour experience. We also include an in-depth pairing and tasting booklet where you can find exclusive content about producers and other foodie tips. All of our bundles will be delivered with at least 14 days life on all products.

Baron Bigod 250g

  • The U.K’s answer to France’s Brie and it’s absolutely outstanding. Depending on where the cheese is at in its life, it can range from a medium firm texture to completely oozing out.

  • Ingredients: unpasteurised cow’s milk, salt, starter culture, Geotrichum yeast cultures, Penicillium mould cultures. Allergens: milk

Keen's Cheddar 250g

  • Keen's cheddar is an award winning, handmade, artisan cheddar from Somerset. Sweet and strong, nutty and moreish. This cheese crumbles in the hand yet melts in the mouth.

  • Ingredients: unpasteurised cow’s milk, salt, cheese cultures, animal rennet. Allergens: milk

Cashel Blue

  • Cashel Blue is a blue cheese that has a buttery texture, meaning it is on the soft side. The cheese can be so soft it can almost be a paste, which can give you a variety of ways to eat it. Cashel Blue has the potential for a large amount of blue veining as it matures. This means that there will be a rich flavour when you eat it, however the younger it is the less blue veining there will be.

  • Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, vegetarian rennet, lactic starter, Penicillium Candidum, salt. Allergens: milk

Snowdonia Green Thunder (only available in 8-10 cheeseboard)

  • Balancing rich roasted garlic with aromatic garden herbs, this mature cheddar creates a singularly delicious savoury experience. Fresh, smooth and creamy, it’s a delightful addition to any cheeseboard and pairs excellently with a dry sparkling wine or a light red wine.

    Silver medal winner at the British Cheese Awards, 2022.

  • Ingredients: Cheddar Cheese 98% [Milk], Whey Powder [Milk], Dehydrated Garlic, Salt, Herbs, Spice, Dehydrated Onion, Sunflower Oil, Herb Extract. Allergens: milk

Sparkenhoe Red Leicester (only available in 6-8 and 8-10 cheeseboard)

  • A traditional Red Leicester cheese made from the milk of their own cows, a true revival of a fabulous cheese, nutty, sweet with a citrus finish. Cloth bound and matured for 6 months on beech shelves.

  • Ingredients: unpasteurised cow’s milk, salt, animal rennet, annatto, cheese cultures, clothbound with lard

Fig Jam:

  • Ingredients: fig, sugar, lemon, setting agent: carob seed flour, carrageenan

Cherry Jam:

  • Ingredients: black cherry, cane sugar, honey, lemon, pectin

Thyme infused honey

  • Ingredients: honey, thyme

MOR Crackers (flavour will vary between boxes)

  • Wholemeal Spelt and Sourdough

    • Ingredients: spelt flour, wholemeal spelt flour (49%), buttermilk, corn oil, sea salt, whole milk powder, deactivate rye sourdough (3%), yeast. Allergens: buttermilk, spelt flour

  • Cornmeal and Poppyseed

    • Ingredients: wheat flour, cornmeal (25%), buttermilk, corn oil, poppy seeds (3%), sea salt, roasted sesame seeds, yeast, ground black pepper. Allergens: buttermilk, wheat flour, sesame

  • Rye and Buttermilk

    • Ingredients: wheat flour, dark rye flour (49%), buttermilk (8%), corn oil, sea salt, whole milk powder, yeast, caraway seeds. Allergens: buttermilk, wheat flour, rye flour, milk

All of our bundles will be delivered with at least 14 days life on all products. Should you have it delivered to your address before gifting, you can simply pop it in the fridge ahead of the day of gifting.
