Waterloo 80g, Village Maid Cheese

• A semi-soft cheese made from unpasteurised Guernsey cow’s milk. It's distinctive yellow colour is due to the natural carotene in the unpasteurised Guernsey milk.

• Ingredients: Guernsey cows' milk, starter culture, rennet & salt.

Keen's Cheddar 250g

• Keen's cheddar is an award winning, handmade, artisan cheddar from Somerset. Sweet and strong, nutty and moreish. This cheese crumbles in the hand yet melts in the mouth.

• Ingredients: unpasteurised cow’s milk, salt, cheese cultures, animal rennet. Allergens: milk

Bath Blue

• A classic blue veined cheese made from the milk of their own cows, ripended for eight to ten weeks to give a creamy, tangy flavour. Bath Blue follows a traditional Stilton recipe but, unlike the majority of Stiltons with a few notable exceptions, each stage is done entirely by hand.

• Ingredients: organic cows' milk, sea salt, animal rennet, mould culture and starter culture.

Lincolnshire Poacher

• • An upgrade on the staple and obligatory cheddar on a cheese board. Matured for about 14 to 16 months with quite a lot upfront with a rich full flavour this poacher is artisanal and mighty delicious.

  Ingredients: Raw cow's milk, salt, cheese cultures, animal rennet.

Maida Vale 200g

• A semi-soft, washed-rind cheese made from unpasteurised Guernsey cow's milk with a vegetarian rennet. The rind is washed with Soundwave, an IPA from Siren Craft Brewery (a local brewery to Village Maid) which produces tangy, bittersweet, malty notes on the palate and a buttery soft texture.

• Ingredients: Milk, salt, vegetarian rennet.

Wookey Hole Cheddar 200g

• A classic blue veined cheese made from the milk of their own cows, ripened for eight to ten weeks to give a creamy, tangy flavour. Bath Blue follows a traditional Stilton recipe but, unlike the majority of Stiltons with a few notable exceptions, each stage is done entirely by hand.

• Ingredients: Pasteurised cow's milk, salt, rennet, starter culture.

All of our bundles will be delivered with at least 14 days life on all products. Should you have it delivered to your address before gifting, you can simply pop it in the fridge ahead of the day of gifting.
