Kerry trained at the world-renowned Callebaut chocolate academy in Oxfordshire and now works from home at her own chocolate studio in the heart of Hampshire.
Supporting the farmers’ co-operatives, she prides herself on using the finest Belgian chocolate, which contains no vegetable fat or palm oil, promoting gluten-free and vegan-suitable whenever possible.
