The Cornish Market showcases the best suppliers of Cornish food, drinks, arts, crafts & more. Offering a range of specially selected hampers of local products.
As a company, we have been involved in eCommerce for over 15 years and have gained a wealth of experience in that time. We know that this, coupled with our love of Cornwall and our passion for food and drink, will allow us to showcase and help grow Cornwall’s thriving food and craft industry, offering an incredible range and selection of the very best producers – all in one place.
Initially, we will be putting together our own specially selected luxury hampers and themed gift boxes, designed to offer an amazing selection of the very best products from across the county. From the smallest, niche, artisan food producers to the more established brands, we intend to support and promote Cornwall’s finest and most desirable produce.
Our team members enjoy discovering new food products and hidden restaurants with amazing stories so, being able to help these small producers reach a wider audience is an exciting prospect for us.
Living in a place as beautiful as Cornwall, it’s incredibly important to us to protect our county and, of course, the planet. Sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do, including our choice of products, packaging and business practices.
We’re proud to support local producers as it not only helps to build a stronger economy and community but, also helps to reduce the use of fossil fuels. Our team enjoys discovering new food products and hidden restaurants with amazing stories so, being able to support these small producers is an exciting prospect for us. We collect our produce daily and send directly to you. Which means minimum food miles for every order.
We knew we wanted all our packaging to be sustainable, which is why we spent several months researching the best materials to use for our hampers and inner packaging. Our premium willow hampers for example are produced from a self-regenerating crop, harvested twice a year from fields close to our supplier’s factory.
