About
Our mission is to celebrate the Cornish food and drink scene through our range of delicious preserves and sauces.
The Cornish Larder started its journey in 2018 by founders Jake & Abi, a young Cornish couple with a passion for local food & drink. Jake learnt his trade within the kitchens at the top rated hotel in Cornwall and this is where his love for Cornish food & drink flourished. Abi on the other hand brings all the creative elements to the business, having achieved a degree in photography, she designs all the branding, labels & imagery.
We believe we have some of the very best produce right on our doorstep, this is why every one of our products champions another Cornish producer. We have collaborated with some amazing producers which include Cornish Moonshine, St Ives Cider & Tarquin's Gin to create our award winning preserves and sauces.
In the summer of 2023, we launched our second brand - The Cornish Smoke Squad, specialising in super flavourful hot sauces. We have sauces ranging from mild to pretty wild, all with flavour at the forefront.
