Official Harry Potter Platform Nine Three/Four Keyring

Platform 9 3/4 at King's Cross is where every Hogwarts student catches the Hogwarts Express, as long as they are brave enough to run at the wall. This keyring features the iconic round platform sign in black and cream enamel on a silver plated key ring with a lobster clip. The pendant is approx 5cm across.

Supplied on Harry Potter branded card packaging. Officially licensed Harry Potter accessory.

On his first trip to King's Cross, Harry had no idea how to find the platform until Mrs Weasley told him to walk straight at the barrier between platforms nine and ten. The Hogwarts Express leaves at eleven o'clock on the first of September, so for most new students this sign marks the real start of their first year.

Real life King's Cross has its own Platform 9 3/4, with a luggage trolley half disappearing into the wall, and fans queue up to have their photo taken with it. This keyring makes a nice souvenir of that visit, or a gift for someone who has it at the top of their list of places to see in London.

The black and cream colours go with almost anything, so it works on car keys, a work lanyard or a small bag. It's a thoughtful choice for a teenager getting ready to start a new school or college, as a little reminder that big new beginnings can turn out well.
