Pawlicking, doggylicious treats...Because they're worth it!

I’ve always adored animals and have owned a fair few in my time. My current brood include my beloved Dandy Dinmont Angus, my tortoise Marjorie and my cat Rascal, but Spot, a Border Collie who I bred from my mother’s Collie, will always hold a special place in my heart.

Before he sadly passed away, he was the driving force behind the Barking Bakery concept and brand, and I will be forever grateful to him for making my dreams become a reality.

I used to wander up and down the supermarket aisles looking for an unusual and tasty baked treat for Spot to enjoy, but I was always left despondent when nothing seemed to fit the bill. I wanted something a bit special, and when I invent something in my head, I can’t rest until I find it, and if I can’t find it I make it! I came up with the idea for a doggy Woofin and after I baked my 1st one in 2012, me and Spot knew we were onto something.

I just adore baking and coming up with ideas for new recipes. The sky really is the limit….who knows what will come out of the bakery next all I do know is that it will be pawsome!

Only the finest cakes leave the Barking Bakery kitchen, and not before Angus has given them his expert seal of approval.

We only use the highest quality ingredients for our canine companions and all elements of these mouth-watering creations are doggy-friendly.

I am so proud to say that our treats not only look and taste fantastic but our pawty cakes have a shelf life of 3 months plus and our woofins ect 9 – 12 months (if kept in a cool, dry place in their protective packaging) Also, they are lower in calories than some other leading pet treats, our yoghurt-based topping is a fabulous product – it’s healthy and low in fat!
