Your London cooking class will begin with an introduction from your teacher. You’ll get a brief demonstration of the equipment you’ll be using and some useful information on the best ways to prepare your food.
Then it’ll be your turn to take over as you get to your station and put on your chef’s hat to begin your sous vide experience. You’ll discover new techniques that will take your cooking confidence to the next level as you learn how to sous vide meat, vegetables and even a delectable chocolate pudding to create an amazing two-course meal.
At the end of your experience, sit back and relax with your group as you enjoy the best part of the class - tasting all your hard work!
This class is completely beginner-friendly and your teacher will be on hand to provide guidance and answer any questions you have.
