From our family farm based in Puglia, to you, with love. Our ethically produced blend of olives are hand-harvested during the day to avoid endangering local wildlife and cold pressed on the same day. No additional heating. No added chemicals or solvents. Our soil, olives and grapes have organic status. A family farm supporting the local skills and traditions of Puglia.

Handwash only. Do not place in dishwasher.
How to open the jar:
1. Place a cloth around the lip of the jar (where the spout is) to protect it from the metal corkscrew.
2. Using a traditional corkscrew, without removing the wax, insert the screw into the top of the jar.
3. Turn a couple of times (not the whole way).
4. Pull out the cap, the cork stopper will come out with it.
5. Remove excess wax and reuse the cork as a stopper to keep your oil fresh.
