Along with your voucher you will receive two beautiful journal and a personalised letter from one of our mindfulness teachers insipiring you on how to use your journal on the lead up to the retreat day.
Our retreats are suitable for both total beginners and those experienced in mindfulness. The Synergy Experience team are qualified mindfulness & meditation teachers. We introduce mindfulness activities and practices on our retreats that can easily be brought to your daily life at home or at work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Max 14 Guests per Retreat
- The venue has disability access. (All activities are optional, if a guest is unable to attend the walk they will be provided with an alternative activity)
- The retreat is designed to help you disconnect. Mobile phones are not permitted during the retreat, in case of an emergency guests will be given a number where they can be contacted
- Alcohol is strictly forbidden

Semi hardback journal with beautiful design, includes elastic fastener and a useful pocket at the back for storing notes. You will receive a personalised letter from one of our mindfulness teachers insipiring you on how to use your journal on the lead up to the retreat day. The design of the journal may vary from Picture but will be of same size & quality.
VOUCHER DELIVERY. An e-voucher will be delivered to your registered e-mail address once your order has been accepted by the seller (normally 24-48 hours after purchase). If you choose an optional voucher pack, this will be sent by post to your chosen delivery address; see the top of this page for estimated delivery dates. Your pack will contain a printed gift envelope, wallet and printed voucher and will be delivered free of charge.
The voucher gift pack measures approximately 18x13cm.
