Introducing our latest eco-recipe and growing kit, Pesto Pasta and Gnocchi, created in collaboration with Nanny Louenna.
This super fun kit not only contains all the dried ingredients required to make 2 portions of both pesto pasta and gnocchi, it also has everything needed to grow basil - including instructions for how to make the plant pot with the kit’s packaging!
The enclosed activity booklet teaches about the ingredients that are used and showcases the importance of sustainability through the ‘reduce - reuse - recycle’ slogan and for extra fun through the inclusion of 4 Stroodles edible spoons, the perfect sustainable alternative to plastic cutlery!

Additional ingredients required:
2 medium sweet potatoes, 1 lemon, 80ml neutral oil (olive oil works well if it’s not bitter or rapeseed is another great option) and 30g basil (if you’re keen to make before seeds grow!)
Also good to know: a high powered blender or pestle and mortar is required to make the pesto
