Welcome to the world of Storywood! From our beautiful garden studio we create wonderfully quirky and unique wooden home accessories. Always using reclaimed wood, it is very important to us to use what we already have. Each piece of wood has its own story to tell, and we simply want to give it its happy ever after.

We are an international Mr + Mrs team. I am from the Czech Republic (surrounded by beautiful woodlands I was bound to take this path!) and my wife was born in Hong Kong. A career in Engineering and law have been replaced by our love and passion for all things sustainable.

Inspired by our love of nature and wood, we originally started off by making gifts for friends and family. We were even commissioned to supply some of our trays to a restaurant in the Czech Republic. This set us on our journey to share our ideas and with the public in the hope that we could spread a bit of our love for wood.

We design and handcraft each item capturing practicality and style whilst retaining charm. We use the highest quality materials to give quirky finishing touches and we are always looking for new ideas and designs. Living in a picturesque village on the outskirts of the historical city of Lincoln, it isn’t hard to be inspired!
