• It is completely normal for new spinner rings to feel a bit stiff at first, and they may even feel like they catch slightly in places. This isn’t a fault. Sterling silver is a naturally soft metal, so the spinning band loosens and smooths out with regular wear. The movement will become easier and more fluid over time as the silver settles.
• Engraving is done by eye - so please expect a tolerance of up to 1mm. Engraving is measured from the very top to the very bottom of the highest and lowest points - so script fonts with long tails may look more unbalanced than block fonts measuring the same throughout, but will always fall within tolerance.
