Slab was established in 2015 after a winter of fudge experimentation and practice. Our aim was to create a range of artisan fudge that was both unique in appearance and mouth-wateringly delicious. After many years of recipe tweaking and brand development, we now have a range of decadent, eye-catching artisan fudges all made by hand and wrapped in our Slab shop & unit.
Slab Artisan Fudge differs from mass-produced fudge in that it is made lovingly by hand in small batches. The result? A unique fudge with a distinctive flavour and texture – creamy, rich, and unctuous. From the indulgent Death By Chocolate to the beautifully fruity Lemon Meringue. All our fudge flavours are cooked by hand on the stove-top by our passionate artisan fudge-makers.

From humble beginnings experimenting with fudge recipes in our little kitchen on the Isle of Wight, Slab have gone on to develop an extensive, mouthwateringly delicious range of fudge, including an impressive, award winning vegan range.
Using closely guarded recipes, Slab now operates in what we call our “depot”. Fudge is lovingly cooked and stirred in huge pans and then handworked using only natural flavourings and the finest add- ins to create unparalleled creaminess and authenticity.
