We Make Gin, Not Compromises
Why Sipsmith? As champions for the lost art of traditional small batch gin production, smithery - hand-crafting with passion and attention to detail - seemed an appropriate analogy for how we set out to make spirits that were designed to be sipped. So the name Sipsmith was born.
The first copper distillery to launch in London for nearly 200 years, on a mission to bring the art of uncompromising and beautifully hand-crafted, small-batch spirits back to London, where it all began. All our spirits are distilled on copper, by hand, in our small west London distillery in genuinely small batches.
The result is sublimely sippable spirits that are incredibly smooth, full of character and have a true intensity of flavour.
