All our meringues are vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.

Vanilla - Unrefined sugar and aquafaba create the light and airy meringue consistency, while vanilla extract adds a luxuriously indulgent flavour. (Honestly, it’s pretty much magic.)

Candy Floss - Completely natural flavourings provide the sweet, playful taste of candy floss, while butterfly pea makes them a beautiful bright blue. A touch of vanilla extract completes the recipe. These little wonders make a tasty treat for kids or add a violet crunch to a bowl of blueberries.

Raspberry - Enjoy the prettiest of pinks with our raspberry meringues. Dried raspberry powder gives a luscious berry flavour, while beetroot enhances the stunning baby pink hue.
