Busy handmaking lovely things for you on the Scottish island of Lismore

Set up by designer Nicky Lewis in 2011, Seahorse is very much a family business working alongside sheep farming on our traditional Scottish croft. We design and create lovely things in wood, paper, metal and china all from our base here on the Isle of Lismore, off Scotland's wild and stunning west coast.

We are truly passionate about design, and about making things here in the UK. Working in a stunning but isolated place, jobs are few and far between, and here at Seahorse we are committed to providing local employment whenever we can. Luckily we have managed to recruit a number of talented local craftspeople who work with us in our workshop right by the sea.

More than anything else we love to personalise items for you, to help evoke memories, to tell little stories, or to include thoughtful or secret messages. Anything we can help with? Just let us know.
