Scrufts dog collars and leads are handmade in my sunny Brighton studio and I am now entering my twelfth year of creating lux looks for your whiskery chums.
Using beautiful fabrics and with an eye for the best colour combinations to suit your hound's luscious coat, each Scrufts collar and lead is individually made and uniquely lined with toning velvet for comfort. Indeed, Scrufts was the very first purveyor of dog collars and leads to use velvet, both for linings and also for stand alone velvet dog collars and leads in a range of glorious colours. Having been crafting dog collars and leads for a decade ensures that my catalogue is crammed with beautifully made goodies and I only use the very best hardware available, the strongest webbings and every collar and lead is made using my 60 years of needleworking experience. I now have thousands of happy customers.

Twelve years of oving making your whiskery chums look delicious
2018 was the tenth anniversary of my Scrufts' brand, created back in the hazy days of 2008 as I found it difficult to buy any dog collars and leads for my own pack that weren't covered in paws or bones or bling. Not my thing at all ! I've now got great links with fabric manufacturers all over the world and spend probably more time than I should sourcing the latest shelfful. My favourites ? Well, of course, the Isle of Harris produces glorious tweeds and I really enjoy pairing them with bright velvet linings to add a touch of luxury, but really anything that has a great design, is a natural fabric and fabulous colours !
