School of Wok’s Covent Garden Headquarters have been opened since May 2012, however its story dates back to 2009 with head chef Jeremy Pang starting teaching at people’s houses. Currently we specialize in Oriental and Asian cuisines helping people familiarise with all sorts of dishes and ingredients as well as different cooking techniques. School of Wok offers a variety of classes covering cuisines across Asia. We also have special classes focusing on Dim Sum, noodle pulling and tasting tours of Chinatown.
All of our classes are fully hands on, with the main purpose for students to learn and practice as much as possible. Our dedicated and skilled staff are always focused on transmitting their passion for food and knowledge.
