Ingredients include non-GMO citric acid, vegetarian rennet, fine cheese salt, and raw cotton cheese cloth. The kit also comes with a reusable thermometer to ensure accuracy in every batch, plus BPA-free cheese moulds for shaping your creations. All ingredients are shelf-stable and should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The cotton cheese cloth can be hand-washed and reused, while the thermometer and moulds simply need rinsing and drying after use. Fresh whole cow’s milk or goat’s milk is required (not included). For best results, avoid ultra-pasteurised milk as it may affect the cheese-making process.
