The kit includes: South African biltong seasoning, cider vinegar, chilli & garlic seasoning, marinating bag, wooden skewers, disposable gloves and a full instruction booklet. All ingredients are natural, GMO-free and ethically sourced.

Care instructions: store all dry ingredients in a cool, dry, sealed container away from sunlight. Dispose of marinating bags and gloves after use. Clean reusable tools with warm soapy water and allow to dry thoroughly.
