Himalayan Extra Fine Grain Pink Rock Salt

The Himalayas are some of the youngest mountains in the world. During their traumatic formation a sea was trapped which dried and then became buried, until now being mined for its wonderful salt.

A spectrum of over 75 elements strengthens the flavours present, however it is iron which dominates and provides colour. The grain size is less than 1 mm.
