Hello!
We're (Steve) Russell and (Giles) Atwell. We LOVE Chocolate. We've worked on some of the world's favourite chocolate brands for a combined 30 years.
We started our business with insider-knowledge and a question: “If everything tastes better fresh, why are people still eating long-life chocolate?”
After hundreds of prototypes made in our kitchen, we’re now bringing you our carefully blended fresh chocolate favourites in hand-finished batches; all made with sustainable cocoa, fresh organic cream, just enough sugar, a drizzle of wildflower honey, a pinch of Dorset sea salt and absolutely NO palm oil.
And because we've replaced the typical palm oil with fresh organic double-cream, you'll need to keep our chocolates in the fridge and eat in a couple of weeks (if they last that long!)
In the meantime, we get to work in our own dream business - and you get 100% moreishly melty, gorgeously chocolatey, ludicrously luxurious, ridiculously good fresh chocolates.
