Launched by Ruby in 2018, Ruby The Cake artist produces a range of sweet treats for all tastes and occasions. We create letterbox size brownies, letterbox biscuits, birthday brownie slabs which you can personalise with your own message written in chocolate, paint your own biscuit kits, sweet treat boxes and many more. We also have vegan options available too!

Our postal sweet treats were made and designed with the idea in mind that sometimes we can't always be together but what better way to let someone know you're thinking of them than sweet treats!

Ruby The cake artist has a passion for creating edible art with a personal touch.

Ruby has baked from an early age, taught by her Mom, and it's a passion that has stayed with her into her adult life. Ruby our head baker loves nothing more than to bring joy and happiness through treats.
